Payout Policy
Draft rules for Plug wallet balances, payout requests, holds, provider timing, and compliance review.
Plug Wallet
Wakajor may show pending balance, available balance, frozen balance, payout history, and payout account status.
Payout Requests
Plugs may request payouts when funds are available and no hold applies.
Payout Holds
- First payout review.
- Cooldown windows.
- Active disputes or refund review.
- Fraud/risk review.
- High-value second approval.
- Account restriction or compliance review.
- Payment provider delay.
How Payments Are Split
Wakajor uses Paystack Split Payments to divide incoming payments at the point of transaction. When a Buyer pays for an order, Paystack automatically routes the Plug's share directly to the Plug's registered subaccount and the platform fee to Wakajor's account. Wakajor does not hold third-party funds — money is split at the point of sale, not after accumulation.
Payout Provider
Payouts are processed via Paystack. Plugs must register a valid Nigerian bank account linked to a verified BVN before requesting payouts. Paystack's transfer rules, limits, fees, and timing apply. Wakajor is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing, incorrect bank details, or Paystack infrastructure.
